CONVOCA EL IX CONCURSO DE PINTURA RÁPIDA AL AIRE LIBRE
"PUEBLA OLD LAREDO"
BASES
1ª Podrán concurrir a este certamen todas aquellas personas que lo deseen excepto quienes hayan sido retirados, y/o sancionados por incumplimientos de las presentes bases, kidnapping or any other offense involving the dynamics of competition, may submit up to DOS works.
2ª Para ello, deberán inscribirse en La sede de la ASOCIACIÓN DE AMIGOS DEL PATRIMONIO DE LAREDO, sita en c/Reconquista de Sevilla, 1 day 30 de Junio del 2019 a partir de las 9.30 am hasta las 11 am, dónde se realizará el sellado de los lienzos o soportes, to be presented in black and without any sketch, marca o fondo previo.
3ª El tema hará referencia a la PUEBLA VIEJA o a cualquier otro elemento o aspecto del patrimonio histórico-artístico de la villa de Laredo. The seal will be given a map delineating the area. Para la realización de dicha obra, no se admitirán fotografías o apuntes realizados días antes.
4ª El estilo y la técnica serán libres y el tema obligado, los espacios abiertos de la Puebla Vieja y el entorno, landscapes, buildings, Streets and squares. The site will be free choice. Participants can not do its job, either totally or partially, study, or bring previously executed. The jury may require verification to ensure compliance with these criteria
Each participant will be provided with all materials you might need to perform their jobs.
5ª Las dimensiones del lienzo serán de una medida máxima que no superará los 120 cms. It is the minimum 55 cms. El soporte será rígido (if paper should be submitted with the corresponding rack or panel)
6ª At 10 morning, Participants will come to the area of competition. A medio día aproximadamente se les entregará una bolsa de comida que recogerán en la sede.
7ª The contest will begin at 10 hours, until 17 afternoon. Until that time, works may be submitted at the table of the organizing committee, located at the headquarters of the Association, not entering the competition you submitted after the time indicated.
8ª El fallo del jurado que será inapelable, It will be made public from the 19 hours at the headquarters of the Association. Once delivered the prizes, se abrirá la sala de Exposiciones, dónde se podrán contemplar todas las obras presentadas a concurso. The organization is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the development works of the contest and the exhibition of the same is.
9ª La exposición podrá ser visitada durante las mañanas de 12 a 13.30 y por las tardes de 19 a 21.00 hours.

3º PREMIO 500€ lote de publicaciones de HERITAGE OF LAREDO
ACCESIT 200€ para un artista laredano
PREMIO menores de 14 years old
1º Estuche de Bellas artes, bloc de dibujo, juego de Las Panchoneras
2º Lote de material artístico, The game Panchonera
3Lot No. artistic material, The game Panchonera
11ª The jury reserves the right to declare the contest or any prize. Si, una vez emitido el fallo , the jury finds that in that event there are any anomalies, such verdict may be revised.
12ª Las obras premiadas quedarán en posesión de la Friends of the Heritage Association of Laredo. El resto podrán retirarse una vez finalizada la exposición, day 15 July 2019. Las obras no retiradas por sus autores o representantes, quedarán en posesión de la Friends of the Heritage Association of Laredo, who will decide the fate of the same. Prior to the removal of works, the authors or representatives shall contact the host association over the phone 669557440 para fijar día y hora de recogida.
13ª EL JURADO , estará compuesto por personas designadas por la organización.
14ª Taking part in the competition implies acceptance of these rules , they are subjected to any modification of the Organizing Committee, must go public before or during the competition.
TECHNICAL ISSUES NOT CONSIDERED IN THESE RULES WILL BE FREELY DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE OF THE COMPETITION.
