It is a magnificent work of 1527, the best of Cantabria, plateresco in its architecture and Hispano-Flemish twelve tables on two floors. Consists of a bank, two bodies and seven blocks, the central bank and the tallthe bulk polychrome, as the Virgin and Child, San Miguel Apostles and Saints. The other streets are painting, with scenes from the life of the Virgin, San Miguel and Mass of St. Gregory and St. Jerome. The author of this work is unknown to us and is called the «master of Rozas». From Cañedo we can highlight the parish church of Santa María that keeps inside a small altarpiece with eight 16th-century tables,,es,COMPETITION «KNOW THE OLD PEOPLE» 1st PHASE,,es, in groups of two collecting scenes from the life of Mary and Evangelists, probably from the same master Rozas. Of great interest is the image of the seated Virgin and Child, Part XIV century Gothic.
